Return Policy

Litenlight™ maintains a structured return review process intended to protect product quality while providing customers with reasonable options.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days following confirmed delivery.

Products eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

• Item remains unused
• Product has not been installed
• All original packaging materials are included
• The product remains in resellable condition

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Customized lighting fixtures
• Clearance or promotional final-sale items
• Products showing signs of installation, alteration, or damage after delivery

Before returning a product, customers must obtain return authorization from customer support. Packages returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once returned items are received, they undergo inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection is completed.

Initial outbound shipping costs are generally not refundable except where required by applicable regulations.
